Welcome

Since 1959 Little Brothers – Friends of the Elderly (LBFE) Chicago Chapter has brought companionship and social interaction to isolated and lonely elders.  This last year we served 1,050 elders, with the indispensable help of 1,388 volunteers giving more than 54,000 hours of their time.

We have a broad range of opportunities for volunteers, donors and elders to share, learn, grow…and to celebrate life.

WWalk in the Parke have news…

Thank you to our more than 300 walkers, along with our elders, sponsors and volunteers who helped make our first annual WALK IN THE PARK fundraiser a huge success. Donations can be made until July 31. Click on our walk logo for more information.

Little Brothers - Friends of the Elderly, in cooperation with the Chicago Department on Aging, are hosting "Intergenerational Moments" an art exhibit at the Chicago Cultural Center. The exhibit will run until July 15 and admission is free.
